Hello everyone. I'm starting to doubt a website called vevor.fr where I bought an item for 135 euros. Has anyone dealt with this site?

I've never seen this site misleading the Client with its bogus .fr extension

No legal notices or terms and conditions.. But a little inspection of the site leads to China..

So the usual problems:

Long delivery..

Customs clearance (So a 'small' additional charge is possible..)

Quality sometimes questionable..

Syndrome CQLOVNPCQLR (What you see is not what you get..).

No recourse in case of disputes..

Mmmm, is the credit card at risk?

But sometimes good surprises.. Patience, soon (probably) you'll be able to see for yourself.. Fingers crossed..

This tailgate cushion is a big joke, it doesn’t stay in place, be careful with the bikes, it’s a disaster waiting to happen.
And on top of that, it’s impossible to get a refund, the site is not reliable.

Hello everyone,
I confirm, with Vevor there's no guarantee! I bought a small metal lathe for €650. It arrived all dented with a twisted leadscrew, the power socket with only one pin, and that was from the start, it wasn't broken so quality control is non-existent. I spent 2 days to make the machine functional. Every day I have to tighten the belt, try to fix the play (the screws always come loose). It's impossible to adjust the play of the cross table without blocking it, and you have to dismantle everything to fix the slide of the carriage. After a week the belt snapped. It's impossible to create a thread because the motor isn't powerful enough to drive the gearing at an appropriate rotational speed. After three weeks the electronic board exploded and the only response I got from Vevor was that they were sorry I wasn't happy with my purchase. Now my lathe works because I modified everything but for the money invested I could have had a German-made one. Beware also of French-made products where all the electronics and the motor are actually Chinese; I'm currently down with a wood lathe that costs over €4000 and the manufacturer doesn't seem in a hurry to respond, but they are well-known so one way or another we will find a solution. But how can Vevor sell in France and disregard all our laws? Buy Chinese, buy three times!

When visiting their site, one quickly realizes that something is fishy. In fact, they do not clearly state who they are. It’s a sort of platform that sells products from everywhere. They are neither manufacturers nor know anything at all. Try to locate them from their site, and well, nothing is mentioned. For me, this is yet another form of global scam, companies that are all talk and have no physical presence. Especially don't ask them to return a product that doesn’t work, that is, if you’ve received your order. The fact that they’re based in China doesn’t surprise me. These are companies that rake in millions by exploiting the greed of Europeans. What you call "big brand products" is nothing but pure counterfeit. We Europeans trust certain brands. This, the Chinese have understood, and they serve us garbage with the beautiful label that is so dear to us. And that’s how we get royally screwed.

To those who understand, greetings - a warned man is worth two.

I don't think this is serious because they don't provide a proper invoice, and it's impossible to get one with all the necessary details. Here is their response: "We can only provide commercial invoices and cannot modify the content.
If you need to make changes, please check the editable version of the invoice attached.
So if we want a proper invoice, it's up to us to modify it because they send it in Word format. Great for compliance and laws!
Avoid at all costs!!!

Hello, I agree with you, it's a Chinese site that is not serious at all. The site vevor.fr is just a fake extension to reassure customers. I got ripped off with a heat press that broke down after 2 months and almost cost me my workshop. Avoid it, it's not the supplier.

I ordered a tile cutter, it took 3 weeks to arrive and it was broken. Customer service tells me they do not accept damaged items
They find a solution to refund me 100 euros, I agree, then they tell me that it's too much for them

Stay away from Vevor!! It's a pure and simple scam.

For now, I can only say bad things about a machine (a hydraulic pump that doesn't work). I'm trying to see with them, but it might be complicated given the customer service on the phone....
The products are cheap Chinese goods, and the part reference numbers are nonexistent.

If it works, that's good; if it doesn't work, you have no guarantee for a refund. They ask you for photos and proof that it doesn't work to show to their suppliers in China... go for quality, pay more; there are guarantees behind it. Don't pay for low-end crap.

I received 3 professional chocolate makers at €300 each. All stopped working in less than 10 days. I requested a refund for the first one, which I received. Then for the other two, they insist on wanting to replace the parts (a delay of 3 weeks because of low-quality Chinese materials, unacceptable for me as I am in the middle of the Christmas market).
The terms and conditions clearly state a super flexible refund right of 15 to 30 days in case of malfunction. In conclusion: a company of thieves, I will turn to the local branch of UFC Que Choisir.

Its trace can be found under the name of BTree supposedly located in the UK:

The indicated address: 20H 39 Mark Rd, Hemel Hempstead Herts appears to be a Mailbox Office with numerous 'companies' more or less legitimate registered at this address..

This raises some questions about certain of these companies:

Conclusion: this fake UK address intended to reassure Customers is nothing but the Trojan horse of a Chinese company located in Shenzhen (Mainland China).

I confirm that these are not serious people. They refuse to issue a "legal" invoice and to mention the name of the supplier (only the name of the carrier) and despite the "fr" website, there is no French VAT, contrary to legal obligations. Moreover, after 3 weeks, I still have not been delivered.

Following an issue with an ultrasonic cleaner, they supposedly refunded me €30 (which is less than half its value). Not having any trace of this refund in my bank account, I contacted them. They told me it had been refunded "successfully", I provided them with my bank statement, but nothing worked, I hit a wall. So poor quality and bad faith...........never again!!!

My partner bought an ice maker; delivered quickly, well-packaged product, it is clearly new.

The problem is that it doesn't work! (after plugging it in, no lights come on).

Exchanging emails with customer service, they keep asking silly questions; I quickly understood that this site is dishonest!

In my last email, I asked them to make me a financial proposal to help cover the repair costs I might incur... since then, no response.

So I opened it up (I have experience with electronics)... diagnosis: the power plug 220-230 V (molded) is faulty.

After replacement, everything is okay.

The product is of Deutsche quality well made.

As with another user, the credit card charge was higher than the product price (€1.10), so use a virtual card that will protect you. (except against the risk of not being delivered).

THE BEST PROTECTION IS NOT TO BUY ON THE "VEVOR" SITE and to communicate on social networks to warn future buyers about this rogue site.

I do not recommend it at all. Indeed, it is cheaper but the quality is catastrophic. I bought 2 ice machines and an automatic door closer for the chicken coop. The 2 ice machines (€280 and €550) lasted 1 month and the door closer for the chicken coop got waterlogged in 15 days.

I bought a 12v diesel heater from Vevor, it broke down on the 2nd use. I sent them an email to describe the type of failure, they promised a response within 24 hours, it’s been 15 days and still no reply. Unreliable site.
