My printer prints in A5 format.

Hello,

I have a CANON MP495 series printer, and for the past few days, it has been printing documents from the computer in A5 format.

I have searched through the settings and everything I could, but I still can't get it to print in A4 format.

If anyone knows how to do this, your help would be greatly appreciated; I need it for my BAC documents.

    Unless your printer has gone crazy, it's indeed a settings issue. However, there are the settings of the open software (Word, Open Writer, Adobe Reader...) and those of the printer. Try printing a PDF or a text or an image. If it prints in A5 in all cases, it’s the printer’s fault; otherwise, it’s the software settings.

    Then you can uninstall the printer and reinstall it to see...
