Refusal to print Word documents (HP) Solved

Question

Hello,

I bought an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M26A printer in September.
Right from the start, it refused to print my Word documents while the test page during installation came out, as did the saved PDF files or images.
Message: no documents pending
I used LibreOffice for a while and it worked, but recently I can't get that to work either.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, changed USB ports, used another USB cable... nothing works...

A technician came and told me he had never seen anything like it... it must be the printer.
So, I returned the printer to the store where I bought it, they replaced it, but the problem is not resolved.
There are no issues with another PC, so the source of the problem comes from mine...

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated..

Hi  in a Word document, if you click on File >> Print, does this window open?    See you later  -- the radiation level is higher at the job center than at Chernobyl.

re

to take your screenshot, do this:

open Word and click on file then print

the window opens, and there you click the PrtScn key

then in Cortana, type Paint

in the search results, click on Paint (with a right click, you can pin it to the taskbar)

in Paint, press CTRL+V (paste) and save the screenshot on your desktop

post the screenshot in your reply

Have you tried resetting (repairing) Microsoft Office?

Control Panel >>> Programs and Features >>> right-click on Microsoft >>> Modify.

Re.  For testing  Open Word Office on a blank page. Type =rand(10) then click enter. A document will appear. Print this page (printing this page is the test) If it works, try again with any document but change the font.  See you . . . re  do this:  quit all your running programs  in Cortona, type CMD  in the search results, right-click on CMD >> run as administrator  in the window that opens, type SFC /SCANNOW and press ENTER  WARNING: there is 1 space between SFC and /  let the PC work (around 20 minutes)  at the end of the scan, check if it found/fixed any system files  if you have any questions...  see you later  -- the radiation level is higher at the unemployment office than in Chernobyl
