Hello,
I bought a Sennheiser headset, but I’m desperate to use it. Indeed, I have done everything the manual asks. I put in the provided rechargeable batteries. I connected the base to a power outlet. The base lights up normally in red, but the LED never turns green. I had the two batteries checked to ensure they are charged. When I press the button on the right side of the headset, the LED doesn't light up, and I have no sound after connecting it to my TV or via Bluetooth. The kind seller gave me a second headset and another base. Still nothing. So I must be doing something wrong. Help me and excuse my ineptitude.
Thank you
Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 11.0.3

Good evening,
Silly question... but who knows
Have the batteries been installed the right way?
--It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...-
THANK YOU, I did everything right but..... There is always that little thing that is poorly indicated in the instructions.......
1- first, the base only turns green if we connect to a device (PC or TV)
2- you need to press the button on the headset of course - which I was doing but for 1 second - but it takes at least 3 seconds for it to turn green....
It's very silly, so I'm following it, but I'm telling it to newbies when I think of the many knowledgeable friends who didn't think of it!!!!!
Thanks to everyone- Hello
