Hello,

My parents bought this headset recently and we don't understand how it works. It is perfectly connected, seems to charge correctly but as soon as we use it, it doesn't cut the TV sound!
At the beginning, I could hear well through the headset and now a SHHHHH has settled in, impossible to find a good frequency!

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 35.0

    Hello

    Issue 1) The TV sound only cuts off if it's designed to do so by the manufacturer. This is probably normal.

    Issue 2) The shhh comes from the fact that the base and the headset are not aligned; check your manual to resolve this issue.

      Thank you for your response. For problem 2, I think I can resolve it easily.
      However, for problem 1, does that mean I won't be able to mute the TV sound and have it only in the headset...?

      It mainly means that it's not automatic or that if it exists, you need to activate something (check your TV's manual).
      If not, you just need to mute the TV sound, which probably doesn't affect the headphone output.
