Wireless headset issue with SENNHEISER on TV Closed

Question

Hello,
I bought a SENNHEISER RS110 wireless headset, mainly to use with my TV (recent Samsung), connected to the satellite via a Sagem TNTSAT decoder. It doesn't work. The result is unbearable noise or very very low sound.
It works fine on another TV I tested it on, and also well on my hi-fi system.
Could it be an incompatibility with the decoder or a connection problem (I only see a headphone jack on my TV)?

Hello. Have you checked on your TV if you have a "headphone" menu? There may be a setting to adjust.

Have you tried moving the transmitter of this headset? The SAT decoder may be interfering with this transmitter.

To return to the distance of the transmitter headset from the decoder, I imagine it's connected with an "extremely long" audio cable (30 or 40 centimeters).

You have a test on your Hi-Fi system. Is this system in the same cabinet or far from the TV setup?

Is there any other device emitting waves in the immediate vicinity of the headset transmitter (Internet Box with WiFi enabled, video transmitter, etc.)?

If not, if possible, try the headset with a device that has a headphone output (MP3 player, cassette player, etc.). Once away from the decoder, and another time with the transmitter "in its place."

Another possibility is to try with the TV but with the decoder "off."
