Trouble with FUJI ONKYO 5000-HD

Hello,

On the built-in list regarding Astra on my satellite receiver, there are 1KR, 1N and 1L, but not 1M!!!

Obviously when I load the channels, all those from 1M are missing!

What can I do!

      Hello, Apparently, I’m receiving Astra 28.2 E, the ITV channels! HORROR, CBS channels!!! Very strange thing, when I call up the list of satellites, I choose Astra, of course, but my device only shows Astra 1H, 1KR and 1L, and certainly it loads nothing else! On KINGOFSAT, there is 1M 1L 1N 1KR !!! So, no 1N nor 1M on my receiver! The thing is, according to the manual, you can enter a new satellite, but if the / is important, I didn’t find it on the remote, and not for lack of searching! I also looked for an update, but that’s a dead end! The problem might come from one thing I do in computing to reset everything to zero; I did a factory reset, but there, ooops, maybe I shouldn’t have! If you have an idea, it would be welcome and thanks in advance! Ps I tested with a 60 cm dish, a small multimmo, back in Surpin days, very good for Astra, and finally with a rectangular one, very current from Boulanger, but you know the result... the truth is elsewhere...

      Hello,

      If you can pick up the English channels (ITV) it means you are on ASTRA 2 (28.2EAST) whereas the German channels are on ASTRA 1 at 19.2E, so it’s normal that you can’t pick them up...

      Astonishing... normally, a pointer should be able to capture every Astra, right?
