Problem with the chain using the TNT HD decoder Metronic Zapbox HD-S1.1

Hello,

I have the Metronic Zapbox HD-S1.1 HD TNT decoder and since they were going to switch all the channels to HD last night, I did a channel scan this morning and I got all the channels except TF1 HD, FRANCE 2 HD, M6 HD. Yesterday, my mother on her HD TV didn't have TF1, FRANCE 3 and I hope it's not the Metronic Zapbox HD-S1.1 HD TNT decoder.

Probably not, did you update the channels or perform a complete reinstallation?

I did a complete reinstall because it said to do it yesterday.

Yes, I'm waiting and like last night my mother didn't have TF1 and FRANCE 3 on her HD TV, and on top of that I live in the Alpes de Haute Provence and it's currently raining
