HELLO to all of you
like all of you, I find myself facing the total absurdity of the French administration
regarding the new gray card system on the ANTS site
I bought a vehicle 10 days ago, I tried to make my request myself on ANTS
but when it came to payment it got stuck and I couldn't resume my ongoing request
which is indeed ongoing on my account; it always says
A technical error occurred during your request
Please try again later.
I can't cancel my request because in my ongoing request section, the only action I have is resume, there's no cancel option
and even with a professional, it's impossible to make a new request because I already have my request that is blocking everything
I've been struggling for 8 days, sent at least 10 emails with no response, and at 3400 the service is temporarily unavailable????? FOR 8 DAYS ????

Big difficulties for me too. A few tips: don't use Google Chrome as it is too intrusive, as pointed out by the prefecture; personally, I used Microsoft Edge, but Mozilla will do the job in my opinion.
Then enter through France Connect and not directly, as this removes the issue of the confidential code, but you need either an active Améli account or an active impots.gouv account; for the prefecture, identity verification is done through these sites. When you reach the stage of providing digitized documents, type a few letters in the window to activate the command for uploading the digitized documents.
So far, I was able to finalize and obtain a CPI in 10 hours, which is a scandal that has been going on for nearly a year. One last tip: let a day pass between each step for the software to digest and for you to calm down. So, I have the CPI, but obtaining the final card is not yet guaranteed. By the way, for a CG of a 2009 Peugeot 207 diesel on eplaque, they are asking me for 295 euros.
