Hello,
I'm trying to make purchases on sale on a website (I don't know if I can mention it, so I'm not mentioning it), but it's impossible, I pay with an e-credit card, and it says "the payment cannot be completed." I've deleted cookies, changed browsers, tried Explorer and Chrome, created another account on the site with a different email address, but nothing works. The website isn't providing me with any solution. Do you have a solution? I can only purchase during sales and I wanted to take advantage of the sales, and now all the sales are going away without me being able to buy. However, I can make purchases with my e-credit card on other sites; it works on all sites. I keep getting the message "the payment cannot be completed." What could be the issue, and how can you resolve this problem? Thank you for your knowledge.

    I just had the same issue and on top of that, a consultant told me that my card had been blocked on their site for 48 hours.
    But I found the solution:
    You need to clear the cookies on your computer (explained very simply on this site: https://en.wikihow.com/Delete-Cookies-on-a-Mac) and then I created a PayPal account in two minutes and I was able to place my order without any problem!

    Paypal beware of scams. They authorized 3 payments of a total amount of 150 euros and there was confusion on their part when I told them that I did not make these purchases. Paypal is over for me.

They are not likely to have customers at Mango, with their site not working (you can't see the items, many internet users are complaining about their site) and the inability to make payments! They need to stop hiring interns. If you are a competent webmaster, I invite you to apply; they really need your help, it’s really very painful.

It's December 5th. I'm trying to place an order on MANGO (I mention it!!!) and the same thing happens, I pay with my credit card and the payment cannot be completed. I still tried with my card number and it's impossible as well. No response from the site.

Attention, this is a scam site!
I entered my card details to validate an order and it didn't work, no confirmation email and the page returned to the homepage... while it came from my card, I asked my friend to lend me hers
Same...
2 days later, the result is that they charged me 3 times with my card and 2 times with my friend's card!!!!
I contacted them to get a refund and they refuse because the items are already shipped!!!
We end up with a jacket that cost just 30€ for a 150€ order!!!
I contacted my bank this morning to explain the scam and I'm waiting for a response from them to see if I have a chance of getting refunded.

Thank you for your response, I am paying with an e-card, and in this case, you need to select Visa (which I did). I have already paid once on Mango like this and it worked. I think this time the problem is with their website, which never works; they really need to react, it's very frustrating. When you pay with an e-card, you should not select PayPal but Visa.
