Hello,
I bought a small JBL GO speaker two months ago. It was working very well, but now it has no battery (or at least I think it's the battery). It turns off after 10 seconds of being on. I have plugged it into the mains with the provided cable and also into my PC to charge it, but nothing works; it doesn’t seem to charge... I don’t know what to do... or where the problem comes from... I no longer have the receipt... Anyway, do you have any idea what the problem might be? Have you encountered this?
For description:
1. I press the power button
2. A blue light turns on followed by a beep
3. The blue light turns red
4. Music starts playing
5. 10 seconds: it turns off

Hello,
I am also facing a charging issue with my JBL GO speaker. It is completely drained, and when I connect it to a cable (USB or plug), no matter which one, the red charging light comes on for a few seconds and then goes off (even without moving the cable).
It was working fine before. Purchased in March 2018.

I have the same issue with my JBL GO 3 purchased at the end of September 2022, so after only 8 months.
