My JBL Flip 5 is new but won't turn on, please help me.

    I bought a new JBL Flip 5 and it won’t turn on.

      A product in declining QUALITY! I have the same issue with the Flip 5... Brand new, it no longer turns on, it no longer charges! I'm sending it back to JBL under warranty, and they'll send me a certified refurbished product :( The story repeats itself with the same problem! It's a disaster. My next purchase will be a (Bose)... goodbye JBL.
