Headphone jack not working

Hello,
The headphone jack on my smart TV is not working, whether I plug in the HI-FI system, headphones, a headset, or speakers. When I plug something in, the TV sound cuts off, but no sound comes out of the headphones, speakers, headset, or system. I've tried increasing the volume, but nothing works, using old headphones and newer ones: nothing. The size of the male plugs is correct: 3.5 mm. I contacted TCL support, but they advised me to bring my TV to the service center. I don’t want to because there are many things already set up, subscriptions (too much work), and I think it’s not a malfunction because it's been like this since I bought it (June 2017).
Do you have a solution? Maybe another way to output sound? (adapter).

Thank you in advance.

Good evening,
Does your TV have any other audio outputs, optical or digital coaxial?
If you don't know, please provide its full reference
What do you want to connect, a wireless headset? a wired one? something else?
Quick response because it's almost time for the aperitif...;)

Good evening, my TV doesn't have a SCART socket but several RCA ones. I don't know about the optical or coaxial connections. I would like to connect a wired headset (or speakers); the Bluetooth works properly.
Here is the reference: 43UC6406X1 THOMSON

Thank you for your help.

Hello, I have a Samsung TV (model UE46F6500SS) and I installed a Sennheiser hearing aid headset (model RS2000) for my mom who is hard of hearing.

Everything worked perfectly for several weeks, but suddenly the headset now only transmits white noise, even though we haven't changed anything.

After testing other small headsets with a jack plug, I think the TV's connector is the problem. Unfortunately, the Sennheiser device only has one output, which is a jack.

Could someone kindly help me untangle this situation and tell me how to restore my mom's ability to watch her TV??

Thank you very much in advance, and have a great day/evening everyone.
