    Not really, it’s more browser notifications, which you accept on sites without knowing what it is; if it’s an undesirable site, it’s visual pollution, which can lead you to scams etc.

    Depending on the browser, but in general it is located in the Privacy & Security tab of the browser Settings, you will find a Notifications space.

    You can delete them easily.
