    Warpinator is installed by default under Linux Mint, there are other solutions, KDE Connect...

    See for example there, the Warpinator app must be installed on the phone side

    I don’t know if USB or WiFi is available, I haven’t tested and I can’t do it in the first case (I only have a Linux Mint virtual machine that does not recognize USB ports on the host).
