My iphone shows it's charging but won't turn on

Hello, I have a problem since yesterday with my iPhone 6. It shut down in the evening, and after charging it, it shows that the battery is charging with the red battery icon but doesn't turn back on even after being plugged in for more than 3 hours. I have already tried to restore it with iTunes, everything goes well until the verification of the iPhone restoration; once done, iTunes tells me that the iPhone will restart, but it doesn't restart, and then the "battery" indicating that the iPhone is charging reappears... Do you have any solutions?

    try another charger or take a needle or a toothpick and gently scrape at the bottom of the lightning port on your iPhone to remove dirt.

      I cleaned the charging area with a piece of paper on the end of a cotton swab, I made it a little damp and cleaned it, and then I plugged it in to charge and it started charging really well and it turned back on.
