Iphone turned off, not charging anymore

Hello, first of all, know that I'm quite knowledgeable about iPhones and I've already tried to remove the dust. In fact, my iPhone shut down because it ran out of battery but won't charge anymore, so it won't turn on (therefore impossible to do a reset, DFU or restore...). When I plug it into my PC, it is not detected either (even with different cables on different PCs/Macs).
I first thought that my battery was dead so I changed it. When I got the new one, the iPhone was at 50% (the battery's default charge) and when I tried to charge it, it was impossible. I then thought that it was the flex cable containing the charging port, microphone, jack, etc. but nothing changed.
Do you have any ideas? Is the motherboard dead? Is that possible?
It's an iPhone 6 16GB that I've had for 18 months.
Thanks in advance.

a dead or missing battery does not prevent an iPhone from starting
you should see the apple logo and then it should shut down.
is your charging connector reliable? your battery reached 50% so the iPhone was turning on, so it’s either just your charging cable or the connector
MLB possible but well.

No, actually I changed the battery, so when I turned my iPhone back on with the new battery without charging it, I was at 50% and it worked very well, but that's because the battery I changed must have been at 50%, except I could never get it to charge. Once my new battery was dead, impossible to recharge (in other words, I bought a battery for nothing, except to find out that my phone works and that it's not a battery problem...) :/

Yes, the battery doesn't prevent charging a phone. Do you have the old charging connector? If so, put it back in place; underneath the motherboard, there are two small gold pads—check if they are properly in place.
