Hello,
I just bought my Thomson 40FB5406 TV and I have a small problem:
when I press the P+ or P- buttons on my remote or the TV buttons, they switch sources instead of changing channels. So I would like to know if there is a way to fix this (small) problem.

Is the remote control reference indeed RC311FUI2? You never know, a little mistake during packaging at the factory...
Did you press the TV button before trying to change channels? It may seem silly, but still...
If despite all that it still doesn't work, head to the customer service of the shop where you bought the TV (it's still under a 2-year warranty) and ask them if it's normal... or if there's something that needs to be done to get it back on track ;-)

Hello everyone, being in the same situation as you, I found the solution.
No need to replace your TV or anything else.
Just go to any channel, then press the options menu (the 3 horizontal lines), then go to the option titled Store Mode, and disable it!
There you go, you should have your channels back.

However, pressing tv before or at the same time as P +/- doesn't change anything.
But the remote control reference is indeed the one you gave me.
