Hello,

Following an automatic update of a Smart TV, my television is no longer working. The logo keeps appearing, disappearing for a few seconds, and then reappearing again.

I am therefore unable to access the TV menu to perform any operations!

The customer service is in France and does not respond after 10 minutes, so I decided to stop trying, otherwise a new TV would cost me less :-)

    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and then plug them back in.

    Given its age and considering the current prices of TVs, it's best to see a repairman for a quote; otherwise, it looks like it's heading for the dump...;-(

      uh well she's a year and a half :-( that would be disappointing. Plus, I'm always a bit skeptical about updates and I didn't want to do it but it happened automatically.... grrrrr...

      I will give it a shot tomorrow morning, the store does guarantees with the ID card and I'm not a fan of this kind of procedure... It served me poorly...
