Hello, I have a Thomson smart TV version: v8-s586t02-lf1v089
product name: 55uc6306
chassis name: ms6586
The problem I am experiencing is that I can no longer use Netflix, the customer service told me I needed to update my TV.
I don't know where to find a link to download the update.
Can someone help me here, please?

Following your telephone call regarding the update of your television, we kindly ask you to proceed as follows:



- Visit the site: www.mythomson.com



- Then go to support and click on manuals and downloads.



- Enter the model of your television in the search bar.



- Then click on Software to download the update file.



- Extract the contents of the ZIP file and you will find 2 folders (MACOSX and MS586T02-LF1V373)



- Open the folder MS586T02-LF1V373 and you will find 2 files (1 PDF and 1 V8-S586T02-LF1V373_ZIP_USB_GMC)



- Extract the contents of the file V8-S586T02-LF1V373_ZIP_USB_GMC again



- You will then have a final file named "update.zip"



- Copy the file "update.zip" and place it only on your USB drive that you have previously formatted to FAT32



- Put your TV in standby and then insert the USB drive into the 2.0 port



- Press the power button on your TV (not on the remote control) and hold it down until the update starts (you should see a message on your screen "software is being upgraded, please do not turn off your TV")



- Once the update is complete, the TV is supposed to turn off and restart by itself.



After all this, you must perform a reset of your TV for the update to be taken into account. To do this, you need to follow these steps:



- Press settings on your remote control (the gear button)

- Go to picture

- Then advanced settings

- Next, position yourself on contrast without pressing ok and enter the code 6425

- You will see a service menu on the screen

- Select RESET ALL and confirm

- Then RESET SHOP and confirm again

- After that, you can simply let the television guide you and follow the installation steps
