Thomson smart TV stuck on boot logo

Hello,
I bought a Thomson 32TG6A9S smart TV a few months ago, and yesterday for some unknown reason when I tried to turn it on, a problem occurred and now the TV is stuck on the startup logo.
Apparently, the television does not have a power button on it, so I can't perform a hard reset.
I don't know what to do anymore, please help me ????????????

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna and power socket, wait five minutes and plug back in.
    And if there's no result, contact customer service as it should still be under warranty.

      Unfortunately, it didn't work. If nothing works, I will have to contact customer service.
