Blue Screen when I shut down my PC

Hello,
I've been experiencing an issue where, for a while now, when I turn off my PC, a blue screen (blue error screen) appears and restarts my PC, and once my PC restarts, I still cannot shut it down without getting the error message again.

The error code: STOP: 0x000000051
I would like to mention that I have not installed any new peripherals/hard drives.

Here is a photo of the blue screen.

If anyone has a solution, thank you ;)

    RESOLUTION

Having seen an issue with my USB 3.0 ports, I decided to uninstall the drivers using the Device Manager.

I also uninstalled all the USB entries (except for my mouse and keyboard) using the small software USBDeview

I don't know which of the two worked, but at least my problem is resolved.

      A faulty USB port?!

Sorry, I didn't see your last reply...
I'm glad everything is back in order and thanks for the update.

As you download malicious applications on your computer, you often get blue screens, either because someone is giving you a fake blue screen or because your computer has viruses.

      Hi,
No malicious applications installed, just to be sure I still analyzed my PC with antivirus + malware + registry cleaner and I still have this problem.

The problem must be with your disk
(if you have the Windows disk) If you want, you can back up all your data, like documents and backups
and format your disk and reinstall Windows, but that's a last resort option
if you don't want to, just let me know
      I'll keep looking

If what I think is a software called ntoskrnl.exe, you can try restarting it by pressing Windows + R and typing the name of the program called ntoskrnl.exe.

ntoskrnl.exe is not a program, but rather an executable that is part of Windows...

I cannot start the program, I get the error message:
The application c:\windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe cannot be run in Win32 mode.

First, follow this to update your drivers, so we can rule out this option:
    https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/48455-mettre-a-jour-ses-pilotes-gratuitement-avec-driverscloud
    (ask again if needed)

But it doesn't look very good (the registry may be affected)

After finding a solution, remember to mark it as SOLVED.
Also, giving feedback from your side is always nice for those who helped you THANK YOU!!! :-)

No software installation that could correspond to your issue?
      Do the Windows updates work?

I spoke a little too fast. According to DriversCloud, the driver "Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] SB7x0/SB8x0/SB9x0 IDE Controller" is not up to date.
As for Windows updates, I can't perform them because they require my PC to restart, but my PC doesn't shut down properly.

redis what it's about after your driver update.

By the way, they turn green when they give a more recent version than the one installed.

I am unable to update this driver apparently.
"Installation failed on drivers: SB7x0/SB8x0/SB9x0 IDE Controller." I will try to find a solution.

That said, I tried to install it in safe mode, it didn't work, but I was able to shut down my PC properly without a blue screen.

Is this the driver he was giving for the graphics card?

Tell me the name of your graphics card and identification number.
    explanation: https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/35597-trouver-le-numero-d-identification-d-un-peripherique

( don't rely on driver cloud, as mentioned it's not 100% reliable)

I don't know if it's normal, but in my device manager, under storage controllers, I have "DAEMON Tools Lite Virtual SCSI Bus"?
