Laptop shuts down when I close the lid

Hello,

The screensaver on my laptop turns off when I close the lid. I've looked on forums, and they suggest changing the power options. I did that, but it still doesn't work.
Do you have any other solutions?

    Just search in power options for the action to take when closing the lid (in the pane on the far left of the screen). There, you set it to "do nothing" or "sleep" or whatever you want, and that's it ;)
