Hello,
Since yesterday, I haven't had access to my Facebook account. I logged in using the browser on my new device (PC), but during the two-factor authentication, I am not receiving the SECURITY CODE, and when I click to send the code via text, I see the message "You have tried too many times. Please try again later."
So what is the solution?
Since yesterday, I haven't had access to my Facebook account. I logged in using the browser on my new device (PC), but during the two-factor authentication, I am not receiving the SECURITY CODE, and when I click to send the code via text, I see the message "You have tried too many times. Please try again later."
- This has been the case since yesterday, and I tried clearing the cache, cookies, and history, using other PCs, using private browsing, I have sent several requests to Facebook (they even asked for an identity document, which I provided (ID card)), I submitted a report to Facebook. No response, no possibility to log in despite having all the requested information.
So what is the solution?
- Should I wait: if yes, for how long?
Should I retry, bombard them with more requests and reports, ...?
