TV SAMSUNG fan number 1 to check

Hello,
the message "fan number to check" appears on the screen, and after 5 minutes the TV shuts off.
I have unplugged the fan but it doesn't make any difference.
Thank you if someone can provide me with information

    It would be best to repair/replace this fan because of the risk of overheating that could seriously damage components...hence this message and the TV's safety mode.
    If you want to "reset" it, perform a "factory reset" or "return to factory settings" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings, and the problem won't be resolved nonetheless.
