HDMI port issues on SAMSUNG LED TV

Hello,
I have a Samsung LED TV UE50H5000 (purchased new in 2014) connected to an "Orange" box.
The HDMI ports 1 and 2 no longer work. The only way I can watch TV is through the SCART connector.
I've tried everything, including changing the box, but nothing works.
Is there a procedure to troubleshoot this?
Can these HDMI inputs be repaired? What would be the approximate cost?
Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,
First of all, try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.

Thank you very much for your quick and efficient response.
      It works again.
Fortunately, we are dealing with specialists like you who are generous with their knowledge, as the technical support for televisions is nonexistent and the sellers know nothing about it.
      Thank you again.

I have the same problem. I do a factory reset and still have the same issue. I try to turn EDID ON but it always goes back to OFF.
      I need your help.
