Bluetooth headset cannot be detected!

Hello,

I just received a sports-specific in-ear headset and it's bluetooth.
However, it is impossible to detect on any devices! Neither on my Sony phone nor on my computer!
Yet I followed the instructions and put the headset in pairing mode, but it remains undetectable by my devices.
I'm so frustrated, I hope you can help me because it's brand new and can't function at all.

EDIT: So here it is, I don't know how I did it but I managed to connect the headset to my computer!
I plugged it in via USB to charge the headset, and then it finally showed up in the list of bluetooth devices!
Now I still have a problem connecting it to my phone...
It's an Xperia M4 Aqua, and it can't find the headset either...

You should have a button on the earpiece that needs to be pressed and held for a long time for the pairing to take place.
