Apple Warranty and Earbuds Solved

Question

Hello,

One of the ear pads on my original Apple earbuds is not working anymore. I heard that if you go to an Apple Store, you can get new ones under the 2-year warranty (which applies in my case since I've had my iPhone since April 2017), but I don't have an Apple Store in my city. Is it possible to go to Fnac to get new earbuds? Or maybe to SFR since it's a phone with a plan?

the best way to get an answer is to speak with an advisor, you can do that on the Apple website. Whenever I have a question, I talk to them via their chat system.

and to answer your question! yes, Apple will replace your headphones! they are under warranty.
