Hello everyone, I have a ASUS laptop that has been locked since the COVID story, but to my great dismay I no longer remember the password and I don't have the Windows 8 CD to be able to do a reinstallation.
How can I reset it or do a reinstallation without losing the documents on it, is that possible?
Thank you for your guidance which I hope will help me recover this computer.
I would have liked to take a photo of the back of the computer but I don’t know how to do it, but I hope this will be enough.
