Hello,
I have a Compaq Vista and my problem is that it works very well except for the screen light... but that's not the worst part... I've lost the receipt from Conforama, what should I do please? :(

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

    when you buy at Conforama they ask for your name,

    so you go back to where you bought it and ask for a duplicate of the invoice
    also take the serial number of your computer
