      Hello,

      I suppose because no one knows the software in question.

      We do not know in particular whether it is compatible with Windows 11 (including in compatibility mode) or if it is blocked by the security system because the publisher is not recognized.

      The Event Viewer might perhaps return the reason for this error.

      This is a field where I am very weak, but I also believe that there are other video editing software programs, some of them free.
