Hello,

I started an update today (around noon) on my Acer computer and it seems to be stuck: I have a black screen with a loading circle that seems to be turning endlessly. Can I turn off the computer? Should I wait? I have important documents on this PC and losing them would be really problematic. Thank you in advance for your responses.

Configuration: iPad / Safari 10.0
