Hello,
I have a problem with my laptop and since I don't know much about computers, I was wondering if someone could help me.
So here's the thing: this morning I turned on my computer, started charging it, then I turned it on and BAM I can't do anything. That is to say that the keyboard and mouse are not working and the screen stays on the startup page
