Good evening, I have a plan for 2 euros and my phone is a Sunny2, I am not receiving SMS, I don't understand why? Thank you.

Good evening,
I experienced this issue myself; I could make calls and send texts but couldn't receive them. The problem seemed to be when I tried to block the reception of 1 number via the "subscriber area" on the mobile.free website. I disconnected this option, and since then it's been working again.
