I am no longer receiving urgent help calls.

I am a Free subscriber and I have a 4G Samsung, and I also have problems like all of you.
No incoming calls, as they go directly to voicemail, no SMS or MMS either. So I found this solution on a website that partially fixed my issue (I can receive calls, I received SMS late, I can send SMS with delivery reports (which wasn't the case before), but my contact doesn't receive the SMS. So the solution for my Samsung is to go to Settings - More Networks - Mobile Networks - Network Mode - uncheck 4G - and switch to 2G or 3G in several steps if needed. Turn off and turn on your Samsung.
I then turned 4G back on, but in my opinion, there are network issues with Free.
The 4G keeps disappearing and the Wi-Fi is quite unstable too.
I have the same phone as my husband, who is with Orange, and he doesn't have this problem.

In fact, the problem lies in your iPhone settings!
Go to Mail ---> Push Messages and disable it!
Also disable notifications, and when an app asks you to use your push notifications, refuse. It won't change anything. There you go!

Exactly the same thing for me! It's getting quite annoying. I wonder where this problem comes from, the SIM card or the phone?
