Hello,
I would like to know how to increase my upload speed. I am with SFR and I have fiber optics with 100mb/s download and 5mb/s upload. When I go into the Box configuration, I can see that my maximum download limit set by the box is 100mb/s, and the upload is 5mb/s. On my speed test, I am at 95mb/s for download and 4.3mb/s for upload. Of course, it's not adjustable since an offer with a higher download speed costs more, but I haven't seen anything about the upload. My PC is connected via RJ45 (5m cable, cat 5e). Do I just need to call SFR to increase my upload speed, do I need a different, more expensive plan? Or something else?
Thank you in advance.

You will always have an upload speed that is lower than the download speed; that's the principle of ADSL...
To have identical speeds (and even then it's not guaranteed), you need to switch to SDSL.
There's Orange that offers this for fiber, or SFR "Business", but they are very expensive... and it seems that for both providers, this option is reserved for professionals.
