Deezer download issue not working

Question

Hello. I recently got a Deezer Premium account to download and listen to music offline. So last night I downloaded a few albums and when I switch to offline mode, the music doesn't start, only the one I just listened to plays. Thank you for your reply, but when I download music, it appears but when I try to play it, I get a message where I can either cancel or retry. When I download music, I just click on the "download" button; I've tried it like you did, but there's no conclusive result.

I also had an issue with downloading Deezer that I solved by figuring it out myself. I don’t know how you do it on your end, but I used to connect to Wi-Fi first, then I would start the download by moving the download button above the playlist, which turns green. You can also click on the options for your playlist or album and select "download". Then when you go to the album or playlist page, the download button at the top is green. Once all my tracks were downloaded, I would turn off the button and disconnect from Wi-Fi. However, I never had my tracks, either in the playlist or in "downloaded music"; they were greyed out. Then I figured out the trick, you need to keep the download button turned on. Connect to Wi-Fi, start the download, and once it’s finished, make sure you leave the download button active (green). Then you can disconnect from Wi-Fi, and your tracks will be available in both your playlists and downloaded music and albums.
Before, there was smart cache, meaning you had to listen to a track at least once while connected to the internet for it to be saved so you could listen to it offline. But with each app update, the smart cache would erase... I would have liked Deezer to clarify to users that you must keep the download button on to be able to listen to your music offline!! It would have saved me a lot of headaches :'))
Oh, and also, make sure in the app settings to only allow downloading over Wi-Fi. The new tracks you add to your playlists are downloaded automatically since the button is on. You just need to be connected to the internet and in the app for it to download. For albums though, I believe you need to activate the download button on the album page.

Oh no... It's true that I've never received the message you took a photo of. Have you contacted Deezer support? I contacted them for my smartcache issue after the app update. They responded the same day. So, I don't know if it's related, but in your photo, in the top bar, the third icon from the left, isn't it the battery saver? Because I think that when it's activated, it can block one or more features of an app. You're connected to Wi-Fi in the photo, so it doesn't seem to be a connection issue, nor the availability of the track because it's accessible (not greyed out). Try disabling the battery saver to see if it works.

I contacted them and for now I am in a new situation (I am using a family member's account and therefore I do not have access to their email address) I tried to disable the battery saver, I thought the problem was solved but no, that's not it --'

I hope that the Deezer support will respond to you quickly and provide you with a solution so you can listen to your music again.
One last possibility, perhaps: are you using a family member's account? Do you know if it’s a premium account (for one person) or a family account? Because with a premium account, you can only log in on a maximum of 3 different devices, so if other people are using the same account, that might be the issue.

I don't have the family plan, but I'm the only one using this account and Deezer hasn't responded to me. However, I discovered that when the app's memory is on the phone, the app works wonderfully. On the other hand, when the memory is on the SD card, my problem occurs, so my issue comes from there. But there's a problem with my SD card; it deletes everything I transfer to it. So the problem must be there :/

Hello,

On my side, I subscribed to Deezer Premium, I have an account number and I provided my banking details, but when I am on the Deezer app and I select songs, the app tells me that I need to subscribe, that I don't have rights even though I am already a subscriber. When I click on subscribe, it tells me that I am already subscribed and redirects me but nothing happens....
Can someone tell me what to do???
