Hello,
I placed an order on July 1st, with delivery scheduled for July 4th, but I received daily text messages delaying the date for 11 days. I had to take time off work to wait. I alerted Cdiscount on July 10th, and they launched an investigation.
On July 15th, I received an email stating that I would be refunded the full amount of my order in the form of vouchers within a maximum of 3 days. It is now the 21st, and I have not received anything. I am trying to send them an email, but I can only go through the customer service contact where I can only say that I have not received my order.
How can I email them to simply request my voucher without going through customer service?

Send a Formal Notice (By Registered Letter with Acknowledgment of Receipt) to exchange your dishwasher within 15 days because it is clearly not compliant.

Clear and concise writing..

Support your text with the relevant Articles. Remember, the exchange must be done at no cost..

Demand that this seller arrange the return (It's not your responsibility to break your back to take the appliance to a carrier..).

Indicate that if there is no action, you will not hesitate to go to court (That motivates..).
