Hello, I found myself in the same situation (two years with a withdrawal of 15 euros), I clicked wrong during an order. By chance, while checking my accounts, I saw this withdrawal. I called them and since they are on the edge of legality, they refunded me "on the spot" the amounts they had overcharged. Incredible but true (I had never used this offer before). Hello, I would like to file a complaint with Cdiscount for ordering a Tectake garden gazebo measuring 6mx3mx2.5m. While setting up the gazebo today, the Velcro straps that hold the roof were torn.
