Hello, I found myself in the same situation (two years with a withdrawal of 15 euros), I clicked wrong during an order. By chance, while checking my accounts, I saw this withdrawal. I called them and since they are on the edge of legality, they refunded me "on the spot" the amounts they had overcharged. Incredible but true (I had never used this offer before). To my knowledge, there is no way to send an email to Cdiscount, but there is a customer service phone number, and they respond quickly and can solve quite a few problems.

Not really, it's been 8 days since I've had a different person on the line and each one has a different version, nothing concrete. I'm told I'll get an answer within 48 hours but nothing. I've never received my vacuum cleaner sent for repair, neither through Mondial Relay nor Relay Colis, and even less the designated pickup point.
