    Hello @OSCARZIZOU01 StatusMember.

    Disconnect the internet box so that the PC is no longer connected to the Internet, restart the PC, then access the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete, then end the PC App Store process, uninstall PC App Store with Uninstalr.
