    Hi,

    you can contact a private seller on Cdiscount by going to:

    1. "my account" (at the top right)
    2. "track, cancel or return an order"
    3. "online assistance" (to the right of the order)
    4. "I haven't received my order"
    5. "write my message"

    and there you can write a message to contact the seller directly.

    Ugh, I really struggled before finding this ^^ hope it helps some people!

      Hi, when I click on "I haven't received my order," it keeps sending me back to my order. It's an endless back and forth. And there is no message option.
      I wonder if some sellers are blocking this option.

      It's really crap from Cdiscount!!! It's just the basics on a marketplace, the ability to contact a seller without even placing an order!!
