Hello, good evening

I’m having a problem: after restarting my PC, I’ve lost all Ethernet and Internet connection.

Following that, I rebooted, updated my drivers, disabled the driver, uninstalled the driver, used commands in CMD, nothing worked

I decided to plug in another PC with the cable, it worked fine

Even with a mobile hotspot, it doesn’t work, it says connected, but no Internet

If anyone has a solution, I’m willing to try

Thank you

    Hello,

PC connected to the BOX... but no internet.. what is the ISP... What is the version of Windows?

Here is guidance for the manipulations...

    Windows :

    • Open the Command Prompt (Win + R, type cmd, then Enter).
    • Type ipconfig and check:
      • IPv4 Address: Should be in the form 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x (not 0.0.0.0 or 169.254.x.x).
      • Default Gateway: Should correspond to the BOX's IP address (e.g. 192.168.1.1).
      • DNS Server: Should be valid (e.g. 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1).
    • If the IP address is incorrect, try resetting it:
      • Type ipconfig /release, then ipconfig /renew.
      • If that doesn't work, switch to Static IP (e.g. 192.168.1.10, subnet 255.255.255.0, gateway 192.168.1.1, DNS 8.8.8.8).
