Hello,
I don't know if you can help me, but ... I'm taking a chance!
I recently made a purchase on Cdiscount (10 days ago) and I just received an email promising refunds.
Who should I send it to, my ISP or Cdiscount, and to which address?
Thank you in advance, I think this could help others as well
Regards, have a good evening

Hello,
WARNING this is a scam, I’m copying what Cdiscount has posted on its website:
"Phishing alert: fake email and fake payment page
For the past few days, a phishing attack has been targeting our customers. It takes the form of an email sent seemingly by Cdiscount.
The email closely resembles a Cdiscount message, but it contains a link to a fake Cdiscount site aimed at stealing customers' banking information and accounts. We strongly recommend that you do not click on the link “I confirm immediately.” And delete this email.
If you have clicked and provided your customer data and/or your banking information, we advise you to contact your bank and change your password by clicking here.
More information
If you receive an email from cdiscount.com that seems fraudulent, please notify us by forwarding it to stop-spoof@cdiscount.com. We will address it as soon as possible.
That's it,
Best regards

Beware of Cdiscount, it displays a price, you pay, validated by them, then a week later they refund you and direct you to a link that is 10 times more expensive, claiming that they made a mistake... the commercial code is regularly flouted, they must sell at the displayed price but this store doesn't care about its customers and customer service even threatens to hang up if you insist... a shame..
This French store based in Bordeaux takes advantage of your French money, of French aid but disregards its laws... well sheltered in their iron pot... so BE VERY CAREFUL, you will NEVER win your case, customer service takes orders.....
