GPS update

Hello community, I am encountering a problem when I try to connect to the site Wikango.com to update my GPS driving assistant G300, the page displays in Spanish and I cannot change it to French even though our language is listed, if someone could inform me that would be very helpful in preparation for the upcoming holiday departures.

    Indeed, the language change (whatever the language, by the way) is ineffective.

      Thank you for this quick response, but it doesn't move the situation forward. When I go to alertegps.com, which is in French, and click on download for the radars, I am redirected to wikango.com, which is in Spanish with the map of Spain and no possibility to switch to France despite it being mentioned there.

      Could it be because of the French law that considers this device illegal?

        Yes, initially the G300 was listed as a radar detector, but since the decree n° 2012-3 of January 4, 2012, it had to be made compliant. It no longer provided the exact location of the radars but a zone of several kilometers in which the fixed radar is located, hence its new designation as a driving assistance device, compliance completed on 02/25/2012. In the past, I have never had any issues with updates; I will try to contact the company Wikango, 34 Avenue des Champs Elysées, 75008 Paris, because nothing ventured, nothing gained.

        Good evening,
        I have the same problem, but on top of that I have the Wikango 600 and I just switched to Windows 10, but I can't find the right driver even though it existed on Vista. Thank you in advance for trying to respond to me because I can't reach them.
