Hello, how can I update my GPS alert G300, as it does not want to do it automatically using the installation CD?

You need to download the G300 update software, which you have certainly done, but also the USB Vista software located below on the same page of the Alerte GPS site. The download is done in two stages.
If you haven't downloaded this USB software, you will never establish the connection.
Your detector is not recognized.
