PC that keeps crashing in a loop

Hello everyone,

I own a Lenovo Legion 5, a gaming laptop, and since yesterday, for no reason, my PC restarts by itself in a loop. It restarts several times showing the Lenovo logo, then occasionally the login screen, or as soon as I turn it on it freezes on a black screen and I have to restart it manually.

Please help me, please.

    Your Lenovo Legion 5 stuck in a reboot loop may stem from a software issue (corrupted driver, defective Windows update) or a hardware issue (faulty RAM/drive).

    First perform a forced restart without external peripherals, then boot into Safe Mode to diagnose.

        after 3 minutes of doing nothing in Safe Mode it just rebooted again by itself, there you go,

    Check the hard drive status,

    the device manager, Windows Update.
