TV that can be put in safety

Hello,

I bought an LG 49LH570V television on April 8, 2017, as you can see it hasn't been a month yet.

My problem is that sometimes when I turn it on, the red light in the middle of the screen blinks twice and then goes out, and the TV remains silent. I can't turn it off or turn it back on, the only way to fix it is to unplug it from the power source. It doesn't happen all the time, sometimes it can last a week like this, and the next day, boom, it depends on its mood.

So when it does this, is it going into safety mode? Or does it have a serious problem and should I call the store where I bought it?

Thank you if someone can help me.

Hello,

The answer is simple because if you touch anything, you will void the warranty, so return it for service (your issue is related to the power supply).

At worst, the only thing you could try is resetting it, but I doubt that will solve your problem...

Thank you for replying to me,

Don't worry, I'm not going to have fun opening it; first of all, I don't know anything about it, and besides, it's still under warranty, so you have to be stupid to do something like that.
