Hello,
We bought a Samsung TV model Le 40b530 in 2010; since yesterday, the sound on my television automatically goes down to zero. My remote control, although the batteries are new, is non-functional except for turning the TV on and off. When I increase the volume using the buttons on the side of the TV, the sound systematically goes back down to 0 and the slider remains visible on the TV. What can we do?
