Hello,

my Panda antivirus deactivates itself even though I paid until January 2018. What should I do? Their online help is in English and I don't understand anything!!

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 53.0

    Go to Help from Google Chrome and press the translation button located at the end of the search bar! :)

    Thank you, but it doesn't work. I managed to contact Panda by phone. They should send me the solution by email.

    In fact, you need to uninstall Panda and reinstall it. After 2 or 3 days, activate the code you received the first time. Do not pay again; it will automatically apply when you enter the code. The problem is resolved.
