    Hello,
Download FRST once downloaded save it on the desktop then right-click on FRST and select Run as administrator you will see this:

    Click on Scan

Attention, wait for the messages indicating that the scan is complete to appear

At the end of the scan you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition

Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports on CJOINT see THIS TUTORIAL then provide the two links generated by Cjoint in your response.

The FRST report is not complete you did not wait for the end of the analysis, but we'll make do.

You have the McAfee antivirus installed on your PC but apparently you are no longer using it, if that's the case uninstall it using this McAfee tool because if you're no longer using McAfee, there's no need to keep all these active McAfee processes, they slow down your PC.

Procedure to follow in the specified order:

1- Open FRST as an administrator by right-clicking on FRST and choosing run as administrator
2 - Copy the entire script in the box below:
    Start::
    CreateRestorePoint:
    CloseProcesses:

    EmptyTemp:
    End::

3- Once the script is copied click on Fix, FRST will automatically take the script that is in the clipboard.

Let the correction be done once it's completed you will be prompted to restart your PC, do so as soon as it is required, see below.
Then once your computer is restarted:
4- You will have a Fixlog file on your desktop then send these reports to https://www.cjoint.com/ see this tutorial then provide the link generated by Cjoint in your next message.

5- CHECK AND TELL ME IF YOUR PROBLEM IS STILL PRESENT

    FOR INFORMATION:

Your version of Windows 10 is not up to date, to check it go to this page click on Update now, this will launch the download of the Microsoft tool, simply open it and it will allow you to update Windows 10 to the latest version and tell you if it is compatible with your PC, be careful this update takes some time, if you have a laptop, plug it into the power supply, as it would be a shame to run out of battery before the update is completed.

Hello, thank you for your help. Unfortunately, since I started this process, nothing is going well. Yesterday, I launched the application to uninstall MacCafe as you recommended, the PC seemed to be running faster indeed, but it was impossible to connect to the Internet; it was really slow. Apart from that, the PC seemed faster. This morning, I couldn't turn on my PC; I have the following error message, as you can see in the image attached to this message. Also, the day before yesterday, when I followed your instructions, I had a problem and couldn't connect to my PC anymore, but luckily it fixed itself. However, today I really can't connect at all because as soon as I hit Enter, it automatically shuts down my PC. I'm looking for solutions; I absolutely need my PC, and I don't have another one. I’m asking if by any chance you have ever encountered this kind of error. Thank you again for your help and for your response. Talk to you later; I'm looking for solutions. Thank you, have a nice day.

Hello, and if I change it, do you think I could reconnect, or will there still be the issue like in the first photo I sent you? Thank you very much.

Hello, and if I change it, do you think I could reconnect, or will there still be the same issue as in the first photo I sent you?

I don't know, it depends on the problem, and without having the PC in hand, it's hard to tell you more. All I can say is that the problem comes from the hard drive or its connection.

We need to check if it's really the hard drive that's damaged; in the first photo, we see that the BIOS cannot boot from the hard drive. Check if the drive appears in the BIOS and if it is indeed prioritized first in the BIOS boot order.

Since Windows won't boot anymore, you can test the hard drive with CrystalDiskInfo available on this live CD/USB:

      https://www.malekal.com/creer-live-cd-malekal-depanner-ordinateur/

      https://www.malekal.com/malekal-live-cd-reparer-depanner-pc-windows/

Use the color codes that follow to interpret the results:

Thank you for your responses. I cannot follow your data recovery procedure because my computer won't turn on, so I cannot connect a USB stick to do it. The hard drive is indeed the item I circled in yellow, right? I will order one. Thank you again.

Yes, that's exactly it, but you know the LiveCD allows you to boot an OS when Windows doesn't start anymore, so you can use it by booting from your USB stick at startup of the PC, everything is explained on the pages I indicated to you. I didn't tell you to recover your data but to test your hard drive with CrystalDiskInfo available on the LiveCD, because it would be a shame to replace a hard drive without testing it first to be sure that it's really the culprit.

    Hello,

To have a boosted USB key, I need to insert my key into my PC and download something, but I can't download the "thing" to put on my USB key because my PC only shows an error message and keeps shutting down in a loop... Can I use your method by putting my USB key into another PC? On mine, I can't do anything like that; I have no internet access or access to my files. Thank you.

You can create your key using another PC or connect the defective hard drive to another PC and test it with CrystalDiskInfo.

You just had to read the color codes in my message 8; everything is explained there, the hard drive is failing, your hard drive is currently like a book missing pages, hence your problems.

If you can, recover the documents (photos, videos, various documents) you want to keep, change your hard drive, and reinstall Windows https://www.malekal.com/comment-installer-windows-10-cle-usb/
If you have to change your hard drive, opt for an SSD, which will be much faster; it's day and night compared to a traditional hard drive. For example:

      500GB SSD https://www.amazon.fr/Crucial-CT1000MX500SSD1-Interne-MX500-Pouces/dp/B0786QNS9B

      1TB SSD https://www.amazon.fr/Crucial-CT1000MX500SSD1-Interne-MX500-Pouces/dp/B078211KBB

On your old hard drive, you were only using 110GB; I think a 500GB SSD will be sufficient for you.

Thank you for your promptness again, I have already ordered an SSD lol it's arriving tomorrow. So how do I retrieve the files? Do I copy and paste directly onto the USB drive?

For your files, you copy them to a USB flash drive or an external hard drive.

Alright, I see... And when I reinstall Windows, do I need to use the bootable USB drive from today at the same time, or will it not be necessary? Thank you very much again.

No, to install Windows you need a USB key of at least 8GB. Connect it to your PC, then download this Microsoft tool. Open the tool and create your Windows 10 installation media:

The only advice for SSDs is to never defragment them; no specific maintenance is needed, just check the firmware update with the manufacturer's SSD software.
